We looked at the scientific benefits of Loving Kindness Meditation, sometimes called Metta Meditation. The process is simple and is more guided than the other types of meditation that have research backing them up (Mindfulness and Mantra). We began by reviewing the phrase, “Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind,” from Get Over It. We ended with an Absolute Word on Peace.
