She will share stress reducing techniques, healthy recipe ideas, a short meditation, basic yoga tips, and affirmations for strength and relaxation. Christa is author of The Artistic Vegan Cookbook: An Alchemical Transformation, and she is a structural integrator and yoga teacher.
