The archetypes in literature are actions, characters, or situations that represent universal patterns in human nature or the collective unconscious. In this episode, Leona and Matthew work with the metaphors and symbolism of Stephen King's iconic story It, which deals with the traumatic consequences of living with fear. Gandhi has stated, "The enemy is fear. We think it is hate, but it is really fear." In order to experience peace in our lives, we need to understand our fears and find ways to transform them. We do this by rising above the level of the problem to the level of the solution.
