Active Listening for Health, Healing, and Great Relationships
Friday, November 18, 2016
Join Lisa Natoli as she talks about the two ways active listening can transform your relationships, your day, your health, and your life. Active listening is deliberate conscious listening where you make space to really listen, laying aside the ego's voice, which is the voice in your head that normally instructs you what to do and what to say.

The first part of this show is about listening to other people—paying attention to what they are saying without thinking of what you say when they finish talking, keeping your full attention on the holiness of the encounter. The second part is about being still and listening to the truth—the voice for God, the voice of your highest self—the voice that knows exactly where you need to go and what you need to do to find peace, happiness, health, aliveness, and vitality.

Hear your Father speak to you. You will learn the importance of setting aside time each day to listen. Lisa expresses how the voice for God was telling her what to do, how she chose not to listen, how sickness occurred, and how once she began listening, following, and trusting, her health returned.
